Black and white view of an 80-meter-high waterfall near Uriage-les-Bains, surrounded by dense forests. On the reverse, handwritten text addressed to Madame Cuvier in Courmayeur, with a postage stamp and a postmark from Grenoble dated July 17, 1917.
