Description

Black and white view of the Crot de la Foudre, a fast-flowing watercourse surrounded by forests and rocks near Avallon. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Maurice Bedenne in Montfermeil, with a French postmark from 1916 and a postmark from Dijon.
