Description

View of the Château d'Hardelot, a fortified-style building with towers and Gothic windows, surrounded by greenery. Printed text on the front indicates its location and history: restored in 1923 by Hurepel, inhabited by Henry VIII of England, destroyed in 1668 by de Campaïgno. Reverse: handwritten address to Maurice P. Bencint, 54 rue Michel Bizot, Paris, with postage stamp and postmark from Boulogne-sur-Mer dated August 23, 1903.
