Black and white view of an alpine village, Le Fontanil, bordered by the river La Durance, with traditional houses and mountains in the background. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated August 23, 1914, addressed to Marguerite Larochelle in Meyssargues (Rhône), with a stamp and a Briançon cancellation.
