Description

View of the Château de Villebon, located a few kilometers south of Chartres, with its four round towers and façade framed by sculpted windows. The reverse details its history, mentioning its construction by S. d'Estouville in 1607 and its renovation by Minister Henri IV, as well as a flamboyant chapel in the garden. Printed text in French, with a visible cancellation at the bottom right.
