Description

Panoramic view of the Great Peymont (3346 m) in the Drôme Alps, with a shepherd and several donkeys in a field below. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated May 19, 1936, addressed to a cousin in Saint-Aman, mentioning the beauty of the landscape and an invitation to visit the family. The stamp and postmark are visible at the bottom right.
