Panoramic view of the Zuydecoote Sanatorium in Dunkerque, with its main building with tiled roof and ornate façade, surrounded by trees and a path. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated May 27, 1917, addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Lusseau in Précigné (Sarthe), with a personal message from the sender, Yvonne Clement.
