Description

Black and white view of a rocky landscape with cliffs and dense vegetation, identified as 'The Devil's Gap' in the area of Falaise. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Lebain in Caen (Calvados), with a 10-centime French postage stamp and a cancellation from Chârosne dated July 20, 1915.
