Black-and-white view of a waterfall embedded in a rocky forest landscape. Printed text at the bottom: 'Émotrons-de-Géranioles — Cascade du Saul des Cartes — N.D. Phor'. On the reverse, handwritten address to 'Monsieur et Madame Plouze, Propriétaires, à Cloups', dated 1 February 1909, with a postmark of 'LOIRE-ET-LOIRE' and a note stating 'All foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front side'.
