Printed text at the bottom: 'Surroundings of Grenoble — La Tour Sans-Venin'. On the reverse, handwritten address to Mademoiselle Germanne Baillaud in Lyon, with a green 5-centime postmark canceled in Grenoble on 26.03.1905.
