On the reverse, printed text stating 'Sanatorium de Chavannes' and a handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Mme Denise Etard' in Saint-Jérôme (Savoie), dated January 29, 1950, with a 15-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Julienne (Loire).
