Description

Postcard showing Fort La Latte, fortified in the 10th century, built on a rocky promontory overlooking the bay of la Fresnaie. Printed text describes the site as a remarkably picturesque fortress. Reverse: handwritten address to Henri Ruelland in Paris, 12-centime postmark, dispatch stamp from Cuites (Finistère) dated 22 September 1952, and a postmark from Plessis-Robinson (Côte-d'Or).
