Description

Black and white view of the Gorges d'Enfer and Cheminées du Diable near Mont-Dore, with steep rock walls and traces of snow. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame M. P. of the island of Ré, dated 11 December 1907, and a 16-centime postage stamp canceled in Paris.
