In the foreground, a staircase leads to the cave, whose wall is adorned with commemorative plaques. The reverse bears a green 5-centime stamp of the French Republic, canceled in Cotes du Nord on January 24, 1922, and partial handwritten text indicating 'Affectionate souvenir'.
