View of the beach at Evian-les-Bains with swimmers, umbrellas, and tables on the terrace of a café, by the water with sailboats in the background. The verso features a handwritten letter addressed to Mrs. and Mr. Godfroy in Neuilly, with clear, flowing handwriting. Two stamps are affixed: a blue 10-centime stamp and a green 30-centime stamp, both canceled with a circular postmark 'EVIAN-LES-BAINS 1er OCTOBRE 1933'.
