View of a large hotel building, the Hermitage, in Evián-les-Bains, framed by two large trees. Printed text at the bottom: 'No 111. — Evian-les-Bains. — L'Ermitage.' and mention 'Collection Source Cacial' at the bottom right. Reverse: handwritten text dated August 24th, 1919, addressed to Madame Colliot in Paris, with a 10-centime postage stamp and cancellation 'EVIAN LES BAINS 24 AOÛT 1919'.
