View of the pier in Évian-les-Bains with a boat on the Seine and buildings in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 30, 1930, addressed to Mr. L'ancout in Saint-Nazaire, with a blue 40-centime stamp and a postmark from Thonon-les-Bains.
