View of the Palace of Justice in Evreux, an imposing neoclassical building with a façade decorated with pilasters and a pediment. Printed text at the bottom: 'EVREUX. — The Palace of Justice'. On the reverse, handwritten address to 'M. Berthelot, Rue des Halles, Le Bourg, Técompte', with the note 'Tan Vacances. Gabriel' and a partial date '738/38'. A violet 20-centime stamp 'République Française' is affixed at the top right.
