Postcard showing the Town Hall of Évreux, an imposing neoclassical building with a symmetrical façade, mullioned windows, and a central dome adorned with a flag. On the back, a handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Griguer in Paris, with a postmark and a cancellation from Évreux dated July 28, 1918.
