Colored view of Middle Beach in Exmouth, with many bathers and deck chairs on the sand, and buildings in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. D.C. Fieat in Saint-Malo, France, with a postmark of 'EXMOUTH DEVON' dated August 2, 1930, and four stamps of 1/2d and 1d from the 'Revenue' series of George VI.
