View of the Pavillon du Congo Belge at the International Colonial Exhibition in Paris in 1931, showing thatched-roof architecture with a large palm in the foreground and visitors. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame Leseau in Chartrains, a Paris postmark of September 28, 1931, a 15-centime stamp, and an advertisement for the 'Nouveau Cigare Diplomate'.
