View of the Luminous Palace at the 1900 World's Fair in Paris, a building adorned with sculptures and waterfalls along the edge of a pond. The reverse features handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Y. Medinger in Groyes, with a 10-centime stamp and a cancellation from Châlons-sur-Marne dated June 30, 1902.
