Black and white aerial view of the village of Éze perched on a rocky promontory, overlooking the sea and the coast. Printed text at the top: 'LA DOUCE FRANCE — COTE D'AZUR — ÉZE (Alpes-Maritimes) — General view of the Village'. Reverse: 20-cent postage stamp, postmark from Nice dated 13 July 1935, handwritten address to Monsieur and Madame Homoisin in Paris, and mention of the publisher 'Les Éditions d'Art YVON'.
