View of Place Belle-Croix in Falaise, with classical-style buildings, pedestrians, and a horse-drawn cart. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 30 June 1917, addressed to Joseph Maublière in Nancy, with a 20-centime postage stamp and a Falaise postmark.
