Description

Black and white aerial view of Fanjeaux, showing the village surrounded by fields and hills. The printed text relates the history of the site: Roman origin as a camp of Jupiter, destruction of the temple in the 4th century, construction of a church dedicated to Mary, and mention of the Montfort Castle and the presence of the Dominican Friars.
