New Year greeting postcard with a steam train framed in a heart, surrounded by roses and holly. Printed text: 'Happy New Year'. Back: handwritten letter dated December 24, 1915, sent from Verdun to a cousin, signed 'Berthe', with stamp and cancellation from the 3rd Colonial Battery.
