Portrait of a young girl with curly hair wearing a crown of green leaves, dressed in a lace dress. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame Hermance Suramy in Clermont-Ferrand, a 5-centime French postage stamp, and a postmark from Paris dated August 8, 1908.
