Smiling little girl in a patterned dress and lace petticoat, holding a large bouquet of roses and flowers with a large pink and white bow. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated January 14, 1919, sent from Paris to Mme August, with a Parisian postmark and signature 'M. Marca'.
