Description

Satirical scene depicting numerous babies in officer and juror uniforms, sitting or perched on rocks in a natural setting, with a baby in a black hat seemingly presiding over a court. The reverse side features handwritten correspondence in French, addressed to 'Miss Titiot' at 'Bris. 152', mentioning Algeria, and an imprint stating that all foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front side.
