Description

Humorous illustration of a 'Public Session' featuring numerous children in pants and bonnets sitting on toilet pots under the supervision of an adult in a suit. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Gabrielle Aycard in Saint-Marcel, Marseille, with a 10-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Saint-Marcel (Bouches-du-Rhône) dated March 12, 1908. The card bears the inscription 'Universal Postal Union' and series number 152.
