Two children in period costume, a girl sitting on an ornate chair and a boy standing holding a bouquet of roses, in a stylized interior setting. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated April 28, 1929, addressed to Madelène, with the sender's address in Duppessé, Loire-et-Cher. The postmark is visible at the bottom right.
