Description

Two children, a boy and a girl, look tenderly at each other in a wooded setting, one holding a basket and the other a rake. The printed text at the bottom of the front side evokes a scene of waiting and tenderness. On the back, the card bears a handwritten address to Madame Marie Varlet in Rognecourt (Aisne), a note of 'POSTCARD' and a postmark from Versigny (Aisne) dated August 28, 1907, with a green 5-centime stamp.
