Description

Three young girls dressed in white and wearing ear bonnets are seated at a table, one writing, the other two looking at the observer. A red postal stamp of the French Republic (10 centimes) is affixed at the top right. The reverse side features handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Melle T. Chelle' in Mayenne, with a mention of 'Chocolat de Bretagne, Nantes' and a cancellation 'SEGRE' dated 7 January.
