Humorous illustration of many children in bathing suits sitting on toilet pots, with an adult in a suit and hat holding a sign 'Public Meeting'. The back indicates the publisher 'Seria 152', an address in Paris for Henry Cremot, and a French 10-centime postage stamp canceled in Enghien-les-Bains on August 7, 1913.
