Scene of three children in a garden, a little girl in a patterned dress pulling the swing where another child is sitting, while a third, wearing a bonnet, holds garlands. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence to Mrs. C. Ragot in Paris, with a note about the non-acceptance of the correspondence on the front by certain foreign countries. French 10-centime postmark, partial cancellation visible.
