Description

Two children, a boy in a sailor suit and a girl in a blue dress, decorate a Christmas tree with garlands and pink balls in a richly furnished interior. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated January 1st, 1914, sent from Mârville to a 'Dear Titié', expresses New Year wishes and hopes for the end of the war, signed 'Y. A. Gu Segay'.
