Five young girls in period costumes are seated side by side on a bench. The reverse features a handwritten note dated 18 July 1904, addressed to 'Madame Marquise Durand' in Brighton, with a 40-centime stamp and a Beauvais postmark dated 30 June 1901. The publisher 'S.P. PARIS. RUEIL' is printed at the bottom of the reverse.
