Four young women in period costumes, wearing decorative hats, are depicted in profile. A Russian 5 kopecks postage stamp is affixed at the top left. The reverse indicates the publisher 'Oranotypie' in Berlin, a handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Mademoiselle Eugénie Dufaing' in Rennes, and a cancellation of 'AISCH' dated September 30, 1903.
