Illustrated postcard of a basket of red tulips and violets, with the inscription 'Sincere New Year Wishes'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Mademoiselle Augustine Brous' in Lyon, with a postmark from Beaun dated 31-12-1903, and a 10c stamp. The reverse also indicates that correspondence cannot be sent from the front for foreign countries.
