Decorated postcard with flowers (daisies, roses) and an illustration at the top of an embracing couple. Printed text in calligraphy: 'To pluck the Daisy! You must first gently pick it, contemplate it... a little, breathe it... a lot, pluck it... passionately and get drunk on it to madness.' Reverse: handwritten text dated January 10, 1921, addressed to 'My Dearest Ernestine', mentioning a departure for the regiment and a planned return in February.
