Illustrated postcard showing several varieties of forget-me-nots in bright colors (violet, yellow, purple) on a light background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame L. Proveux in Châtellerault, dated September 14, 1910, with a French 5-centime postage stamp canceled. The sender's address is written at the bottom right.
