Illustrated postcard of a large green ivy leaf, with a red inscription 'Dove m'attacco muore' and handwritten Italian script on the reverse. The reverse bears an address to Marseille, an Italian 10 centesimi stamp, and a postmark from Florence dated February 7, 1903. The publisher 'C. et C. Piorence' is visible at the bottom left of the front.
