Illustration of a little girl in a green coat holding an envelope with a tricolor ribbon, and bilingual text 'I don’t think this was opened by the Censor. Je ne crois pas que ceci ait été ouvert par la censure.' On the back, handwritten correspondence dated September 11, 1918, addressed to 'mon cher papa', with a partially visible postmark.
