Humorous caricature depicting two women playing diabolo, one in white and the other in violet, with Italian text: 'Fissa, fissa ia Fathma !!!' and 'Attrap'lo ! Attrap'lo !!!'. On the reverse, a French 10-centime postage stamp, Algerian postmark, and handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Madame Géomme' in Paris, mentioning 'Boulevard de Chaumagne, Alger'.
