Political caricature depicting a man in an Ottoman costume (Epirus) surrounded by four soldiers from different nations (Yugoslavia, Serbia, Albania, Greece) disputing over him. Printed text at the bottom: 'Jedem das Seine! Und evölblich?'. Reverse: German 10 pfennig postage stamp, cancellation Berlin 30.11.1901, address to the apothecary in Luxembourg, and handwritten German text.
