Description

Easter postcard showing a sepia-toned river landscape with a basket containing decorative eggs and colorful flowers (roses and violets). Printed text at the top says 'Happy Easter' and a ribbon bears the inscription 'I wished my wishes in the cart But be careful with the omelette!'. On the back, a handwritten letter is addressed to 'Mademoiselle Maria Harniost in Moulhouse' with a 40-centime French Republic stamp dated 1928.
