Illustrated postcard of two fish in a pond surrounded by flowers, with the inscription '1st April' at the top and 'Guess who sent it?' at the bottom. Reverse: French 25 centime postage stamp, postmark from Château-Thierry (Aisne) dated 14 April 1965, printed text 'COME VISIT THE BIRTHPLACE OF JEAN DE LA FONTAINE', and handwritten address to 'M. et Mme Tarpin, Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, Bezanne (51)'.
