Description

View of the Town Hall in Flers, a stone building with a slate roof, white shutters on the windows, and a small tower with a bell tower. On the back, an illustrated postcard dated 27 January 1932, sent to Madame Grand in Ome, with a red 50-centime stamp and a cancellation stamp from Flers. The handwritten message informs that the sender was called to Alençon for a property sale matter and hopes the recipient is well.
