View of the Town Hall of Flers, dating from the 15th and 16th centuries, with stone architecture and tiled roofs. Printed text indicates the publisher A.B. and the location. Reverse: handwritten letter addressed to Madame Morein in Châtillon-sur-Loire, with signature of Augustin Defay and sender's address in Paris. Postal stamp 'République Française' canceled.
