Illustrated New Year's card with a green lucky shoe decorated with ribbons and bouquets of flowers (hydrangea, roses) and yellow and pink ribbons. On the back, a handwritten Spanish message wishing happiness and prosperity, addressed to Mr. Bey, private secretary of the Spanish Consulate in Paris, with a 17-centime Spanish postage stamp and postmark.
